Avize Grand Cru
100 percent Chardonnay (12.5% alc.)
From the siblings’ Crus Sélectionnés project (see profile). 2005 was a standout classic, and this champagne was created from old plants on prime mid-incline in Avize in online wine auctions. It was at first matured for a long time, and afterwards given 10.5 years of container age ‘sur lattes’ prior to spewing with 4g/l dose in December 2016.
Limited and rich on the button with botanical clues, it has a smooth organic product, with notes of new hazelnuts, is extremely unadulterated, and long on the completion.

REFLET D’ANTAN
30% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier (12% alc.)
This is very expert champagne intended to show how complex save wines can become with age in online wine auctions. Consistently a determination of the best age-commendable wines, produced using different plots on shallow and pasty soils, is acquainted with a ‘réserve perpétuelle’ (500 and 600ltr barrels) that was begun in 1985 in online wine auctions. In December 2017 66% of the solera was packaged off (passing on the offset to be mixed with the youthful wines of the year) and afterwards matured ‘sur lattes’ for a considerable length of time before ejection.

AMBONNAY 2014
Fantastic Cru
100 percent Pinot Noir (12% alc.)
The furthest expansion to the reach and one of the last bits of the jigsaw for the Bérêche siblings. This comes from 0.4ha of 50yo plants in Les Tourets – right close to Ambonnay’s well known lieu-dit Les Crayéres. The profound, iron-rich red earth soil grants the wine with an inconceivably fine, smooth touch on the sense of taste. Maturation and maturing in 350ltr barrels are trailed by 54 months in bottle, on the dregs, and under the regular plug, further expanding the delicate, padded mouthfeel in online wine auctions.
It has an incredibly extended and more than the adequate surface, a regular liberal quality that main the renowned south-bound slants of Ambonnay can offer. Dazzling red foods grown from the ground flavours wait in the mouth because of a particular and captivating saltiness. Ejected 07/19 – Dosage 3.5g/l. 1,992 containers delivered.

MAILLY 2014
Terrific Cru
100 percent Pinot Noir (12% alc.)
2,100 jugs were delivered from a 0.40 ha plot of 60yo plants (lieu-dit Les Chalois) in a most unfathomable brown, clayey and white soil. Aged in fûts, the still wine was matured on its fine dregs prior to being packaged off for 54 months ‘élevage sur lattes’ under the regular plug. It’s exceptionally amicable champagne, complex and textural with sharp stone natural products flavours, botanical and homegrown notes as well as a touch of liquorice. Vomited 07/19 – Dosage 3.5g/l.

LE CRAN 2012
Ludes 1er Cru
half Chardonnay, half Pinot Noir (12% alc.)
The siblings made this champagne from Les Hautes Plantes and St-Jean, two of the best mid-slant bundles in Ludes, that were planted in 1969, one pointing toward the east and the other west. The dirt is exceptionally pasty in the two bundles, and the grapes completely yet hold a normally high acidity that is ideal for long maturing. Slow maturation and short maturing happened in youthful 350ltr barrels; it was then given 78 months bottle age ‘sur lattes’. It offers brioche, ready citrus, and honey notes with profundity and power that are very strange.
In a similar manner as other Bérêche champagnes there is an appealing marrowy protein note – a flavorful dash of ‘grass’ that goes about as a lovely contradiction to the saltiness and delicate sharp flavouring on the completion. Vomited 07/19 – Dosage 3.5g/l. 4,194 jugs delivered.
